Called in for an emergency appointment due to a concern of swelling in my gums/soft palate. I was in as soon as possible for an exam. I had the pleasure of meeting with Ali and Dr. Tom, who were both very understanding, kind, and made for the most painless and quick experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I suffer from anxiety, especially with things like this, so I was shaken before I arrived. From the moment I was in to the moment I left I felt so at ease, and am no longer nervous at all for my upcoming appointments. Woody helped me plan accordingly to maximize my insurance benefits to get as much work done as possible for the best value, including last minute fillings day of so I can get more done before the end of the year and my benefits reset. Dr. Tom allowed me to wear an earbud to listen to comforting music while he did his work, which maybe isn’t much to some, but it made a world of difference for me. I left with fillings in some front teeth that have long been an insecurity for me, and now you can’t even tell I had a cavity there! I have more work to be done, but I already feel so much more confident. For as long as I am in this area, this will without a doubt be my go to dentist! Thank you Dr. Tom and staff for making this a truly life changing experience, and for your patience and understanding!

Best cleaning I think I’ve ever had it’s been a week and my teeth still feel clean and had no build up on them!! First time in this office and I’m usually terrified of going to the dentist but had no pain for once with my visit which was great! Dentist caught that my old dentist didn’t completely repair my last cavity before putting a filling over it so I’m glad that was caught and can get taken care of! Will be coming back next week for my cavity repair and will be making this my new dental office! Highly recommend!

Everyone at Dr. Thomas Kaczynski’s was wonderful. Alexa my hygienist was truly outstanding. Alexa was very patient, professional, caring, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Alexa provided an ultrasonic cleaning experience that was very pleasant! Dr. Kaczynski gave me a very thorough and extensive exam, took into consideration my current health issues, and came up with a future treatment plan. He is a very professional and thoughtful dentist! Overall, I would highly recommend anyone who has any type of dental needs or dental concerns to make an appointment with Dr. Kaczynski’s office. I am so happy I did!

I needed to find a new dentist because mine had retired. I broke an old crown and needed it repaired ASAP. So looking at Google reviews I decided to try Dr. Kaczynski. I am very happy I did.
They were able to get me in quickly and taken care. The quality of service was beyond my expectations, as was the quality of work and price! The in office Insurance Fella does an amazing job getting numbers together and gives everything up front. No surprise "additional" monies to pay out; like some dental offices want extra up front, even though you have insurance. I especially liked that. High quality work from a kind, experienced Doctor and the assistants were lovely too. Very satisfied with everything from begining to end! Especially knowing it is basically a crap shoot finding a Dental Office and Dentist that checks all your boxes. I believe they offer very reasonable prices for everyone and have payment plans too, in case someone did not have insurance. So truly no reason for anyone to be neglectful of their teeth and put off tomorrow what they should do today. Very satisfied New Patient.

After my dentist retired I had to find a new dentist I needed a routine checkup and cleaning I chose Kenosha Dentist and I am so happy I did.
The staff are very welcoming friendly and put you at ease. Ali was at the front desk she was very welcoming and she made sure my information was correct also was great scheduling my next appointments.
Alexa is the dental hygienist also friendly and welcoming. She described what she was doing during the procedure. Which helps put me at ease.
Dr. Kaczynski was professional friendly and welcoming . He described what he was doing during the exam He answered all my questions.
I had to have another procedure done I was able to talk to the office manager Woody to set up a payment. He also was able to recommend different options and plans which is very helpful and appreciated
The office is clean and calming throughout.
The office is located in a 2 minute walk from the Joseph McCarthy city bus Transit Center.
I would definitely recommend this dentist and his staff to everybody I know.

The medicine that you perscibed for me , I took right away and Never had any pain from the Novacaine wearing off. Thank you.

I have known for some time that I was going to have to have some major dental work done. I did not have a regular dentist and basically put it off as long as I could. After doing a bit of research, I decided to move forward with Dr. Kaczynski and I could not be more pleased.
Let's face it, no one really enjoys going to the dentist! But Dr. Kaczynski and his staff make the experience not so bad! You are consulted on your treatment plan and treated with care and compassion. Ali is a sweetheart and Woody is kind and has your best interest always in the forethought. They make a great team!

Faced with an abscessed tooth, crocked teeth, since a young boy, a missing bridge, other missing teeth and a short window of time, to address
all of this, I contacted the Kenosha Dentist clinic. I was given an appointment and seen, just two hours later. After arriving and filling out
the new patient paperwork, I was x-rayed and seven extractions later, with little or no pain at all, I was prepped, for new upper and lower
partial dentures. It was really quite painless. I could not believe it! The staff and doctor, at Kenosha Dentist were very polite, thoughtful
